REV. DR. MARK A. WATERSTONE
SENIOR MINISTER

Rev. Dr. Mark Waterstone joins Southport Congregational Church as Senior Minister after serving as Senior Pastor at Rose Park Church in Holland, Michigan. A thoughtful and compassionate leader, Mark’s ministry centers on his guiding vision that every person be Seen, Known, and Loved. He is passionate about preaching that connects faith with everyday life and about building a welcoming, spiritually grounded community.

Mark earned his Master and Doctor of Divinity degrees from Western Theological Seminary and brings years of experience in pastoral care, youth ministry, and community outreach. He and his wife, Samantha, live with their two children, Simon and Winnie, and share a love of family adventures, running, and community life.
